Justin's works with a premier supplier partner who has invested in on the ground operations in Africa to help build a network of growers and processors dedicated to the responsible cultivation and processing of difficult-to-produce nuts. These sustainable and ethical practices include fair labor standards, training in sustainable growing practices, employment opportunities for women and opportunities for local development and capital investment. However, given the market dynamics of the cashew supply chain at this time, a fully traceable cashew supply is not possible today.
The texture you are experiencing in our nut butters is related to the different processes used to create Justin's delicious one-of-a-kind grind. We hope you enjoy the nuttiness of our peanut, almond, and cashew butters and agree that different can be delicious too!

Our NEW Coconut Almond Butter is now available in 16 oz jars and squeeze packs at Whole Foods Market nationwide. We will be continuing to expand to more retailers in the coming months!
We strive to not have any oil separation in our nut butters, however it may occur naturally. While we typically do not suggest it, refrigerating your jar may help with extreme oil separation.
